Camillo was born in 1829 in Italy, the son of Guisto DiCecco and Maria Antonia Scartozza.

His wife was Rosa Saltia, who he married in ABT 1857. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Teresa (1860-?), Maria Concetta (1867-?) and Antonio (1871-?).
