Carmine was born in 1755 in Italy, the son of Donato DiCecco and Donata DeToro.
His wife was Lfigenia Marcoantonio, who he married in ABT 1795 in Fara San Martino, Chieti, Italy. Their three known children were Donata (1800-?), Guisto (1804-?) and Qugela (1806-?).
