Rosa was born in 1832 in Italy, the daughter of Felice Saltia but her mother is unknown.
Her husband was Camillo DiCecco, who she married in ABT 1857. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Teresa (1860-?), Maria Concetta (1867-?) and Antonio (1871-?).
