Teresa was born about 1835 in Campana, the daughter of Rocco Ortenzi and Antonia Pomilio.
Her husband was Ferdinando Bergantini. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their six known children were Cesidio (1871-1871), Cesidio (1874-1874), Leonilda (1875-?), Francesca (1878-?), Rosa (1882-?) and Domenico (1884-?).
