Vincenzo was born in 1857 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Sabatino Rossetti and Sabia Palma D'Accione.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Adelena DiClaudio, who he married on 24 DEC 1885. The place has not been found. They had no known children.

His second wife was Marianna Falcocchio, who he married on 13 JUL 1893. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Nicola (1892-1968), Adelina (1893-1993), Domenico (1896-1932), Palma (c1898-?), Joseph (1901-1901), Maria (1901-1966) and Rosina (1912-?).
