Anastasia was born about 1776 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Giuseppe Pizzoferrato but her mother is unknown.
Her husband was Francesco Tedeschi. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Maria Teodora (c1801-?), Gemma Rosa (c1810-1811), Liberato (1812-?) and Giuseppe (1816-1819).
