Paola was born about 1772 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Domenico Antolini and Maria Giuseppa diMarino.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Venanzo Santacroce, who she married in ABT 1794. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Rosa (c1796-1823), Pasqua (c1799-?) and Venanzo (c1802-?).
Her second husband was Sebastiano Colantonio, who she married on 30 APR 1819 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. They had no known children.
