Sebastiano was born about 1758 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Giuseppe Colantonio and Giovanna Presutti.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Nunzia Palma diScanno. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Pasqua Rosa (c1791-?), Angela Dea (c1795-?) and Giuseppe (c1798-?).
His second wife was Paola Antolini, who he married on 30 APR 1819 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. They had no known children.
