Andrea was born about 1761 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Pietro Palombizio and Francesca Presutti.
His wife was Carmina Margiotta. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Francesco Antonio (c1795-1816), Nunzio (c1795-?) and Angelo Sante (c1801-?).
