Maria was born about 1758 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Giuseppe Palmieri but her mother is unknown.

Her husband was Nicola Evangelisto D'Accione, who she married in ABT 1777. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Giovanni (c1781-1823) and Crescenza Benedetta (c1785-1819).
