Prassede was born about 1776 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Filiberto Notarandrea and Concezia Farchione.
Her husband was Pietro Pizzoferrato, who she married in ABT 1794. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Domenico Antonio (c1795-?), Francesco (c1800-1822) and Nicola (c1800-?).
