Virginia was born in 1889 in Italy, the daughter of Louie Noca and Lugita Noca unknown.
Her husband was Constantine Borio, who she married in ABT 1908. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Florence (1910-?), Anita (1914-?), Emma (1916-1994), Italie Tillie (1916-2002), Rose (c1920-), Archie (1920-1977) and Stella (1920-2000).
