Maria was born about 1802 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Nicola Leombruni and Maria Anna Liberatore.
Her husband was Biase Polce. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Angelora (1824-1859), Palma Rosa (1828-?) and Berardina (c1833-1833).
