Lucia was born on 13 DEC 1885 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Emidio Falcocchio and Maria Domenica Cavicchia.

Her husband was Alfonso Rossetti, who she married in ABT 1903. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Antonino (1905-?), Alessandro (1906-1963) and Nicola (1916-?).
