Luigia was born on 25 DEC 1829 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Giovanni Battista diPillo and Rosa Maria Gualtieri.

Her husband was Giuseppe Cianfaglione, who she married in ABT 1853. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Cesidio (1858-1863) and Cesidio (1864-?).
