Epifanio was born about 1770 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Terenziano DiCioccio and Innocenza DiNino.
He had three marriages/partners. His first wife was Innocenza DiNino, who he married in ABT 1795. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Giovanna (c1797-?), Anna Giuseppa (c1799-?), Giuseppa Maria (c1800-1821), Tereziano (c1810-?), Maria Crocifissa (1813-?) and Nicola Antonio Carmine (1816-1818).
His second wife was Federica Petrella, who he married in ABT 1798. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
His third wife was Maria Carmina Liberatore, who he married in 30 SEP 1819 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Their only known child was Domenico Antonio (1820-?).
