Tommaso was born in 1747 in Italy, the son of Tommaso DiCecco and unknown Paglieta.
His wife was Isabella DiNucci, who he married in ABT 1771. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Gaetanno (1772-?), Dominico (1774-?), Sofia (1776-?), Nicola (1778-?), Oruna Albina (1784-?) and Vincenzo (1788-?).
