Dominico was born in 1774 in Italy, the son of Tommaso DiCecco and Isabella DiNucci.
His wife was unknown Sallo, who he married in ABT 1798. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Tommaso (1799-?), Guisto (1803-?), Maria Nicola (1804-?), Carmina (1807-?), Giuseppe (1810-?) and Lorenzo (1813-?).
