Pasqua was born in 1777 in Fara San Martino, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Giuseppe DiCecco and Maria Sniasei.

Her husband was Salvatore Della Rocchetta, who she married in ABT 1805. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Stefano Tommaso Della (1811-?), Camillo Della (1815-?), Maria Giacinta Della (1816-?), Anna Maria Della (1819-?) and Francesio Saverio Della (1824-?).
