His wife was Pasqua Marie DiCecco, who he married in ABT 1805. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Stefano Tommaso Della (1811-?), Camillo Della (1815-?), Maria Giacinta Della (1816-?), Anna Maria Della (1819-?) and Francesio Saverio Della (1824-?).
