Teresina was born about 1875 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Domenico D'Amico and Anna Giustina Cavicchia.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Raffaele Galassi, who she married in ABT 1901. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Fiorinta (c1910-1925), Italy (c1910-1924), Filomena (c1911-?), Gilda (c1913-?), Francesco (1916-1991) and Minnie (c1918-).

Her second husband was Luigi Vincenzo Galassi. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Filomena (1902-?).
