Maria was born about 1792 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Domenico d'Alessandro and Caterina Palombizio.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Domenico Antonio Polce. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Lonardo Antonio (c1814-1815) and Ambrosio Donato (1814-?).
Her second husband was Pio Celestino Rossi, who she married on 25 SEP 1817 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Their only known child was Maria Donata (1818-1827).
