Carmine was born in 1885 in Farindola, the son of Sabatino Camplese but his mother is unknown.
His wife was Francesca Napoletano, who he married in ABT 1809. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Antonio (1910-?) and Gerardo (1912-?).
