Angelo was born on 16 APR 1815 in Pedicciano, the son of Biagio Domenico Antonio Bologna and Elisabetta D'Ercole.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Giovanna DelGuzzo, who he married on 16 OCT 1847 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy. Their five known children were Maria Domenica (c1852-?), Angela Maria (1855-?), Antonio (c1857-1861), Domenico (1863-?) and Domenico (c1868-1870).

His second wife was Annantonia DelGuzzo. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Maria Domenica (c1851-?).
