Cecilia was born about 1772 in San Valentino, the daughter of Gennaro Zaccagnini and Anna Severia D'Alfonso.

Her husband was Giusepppe Astrologo. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their eight known children were Valentino (c1795-?), Rosaria (c1799-c1825), Felicantonio (c1801-1826), Lucia (c1806-1855), Niccolo (1810-1825), Nicolantonio (c1812-?), Maria Valentino (1815-1815) and Giuseppe (1818-1819).
