Maria was born about 1770 in Rocca Preturo, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Domenico Lepore and Anna Lucia Novelli.
Her husband was Emiliano Santilli. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Maria Vincenza (c1790-1828), Rocco (c1820-1826), Stefano (1822-1828) and Rocco (1833-?).
