Clemente was born on 23 NOV 1823 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Giandomenico Vittorini and Annantonia Sarra.

He had three marriages/partners. His first wife was Maddalena Coletti, who he married on 8 JUL 1855 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy. Their only known child was Annantonia (1856-1857).

His second wife was Lucrezia DeMatteis, who he married in ABT 1858. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Filomena (c1860-?), Beniamino (c1862-1863), Beniamino (1863-?) and Beniamino (1864-?).

His third wife was Anna Felicia Ortenzi, who he married on 10 SEP 1871 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy. Their only known child was Maria Carmina (1867-?).
