Domenico was born on 5 DEC 1892 in Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, the son of Alberto Gaetano Donato Tortelli and Maria Albina Suffredini.

He died in 1970 in Buenos Aires.

His wife was Ana Maria Geronimo, who he married on ABT 1915. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Alberto Ambrosio Aurelio (1919-1991).
