His wife was Maria Vittoria Polce, who he married in ABT 1794. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Angela Maria (c1798-?), Maria Pulcheria (c1801-?), Concezio (c1805-1817), Maria Ottaviana (c1808-?), Maria Concezia (1813-?) and Rachele (1819-1825).
