Stanislao was born about 1805 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, the son of Domenico Clemente and Maria Michela DiTullio.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Maria Domenica Leone, who he married in ABT 1830. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Cosma Tommaso (1833-?), Domenico Antonio (1840-?) and Angelo Antonio (1831-?).

His second wife was Maria Clarice, who he married in 30 SEP 1844 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy. They had no known children.
