Vincenza was born about 1787 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Giovanni Carlo Santilli, who she married in ABT 1807. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Anna Antonia (c1810-1811), Anna Antonia (1812-?), Maria Felicia (1816-?) and Giuseppe (1821-1822).
