He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Rosa Rainaldi. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Maria Carmina Tabacco (c1879-1880).
His second wife was Rosa Pettorelli, who he married in 1 AUG 1871 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy. Their four known children were Antonio (1872-?), Carmina (1874-1875), Carmina (c1877-1878) and Agnese (1879-?).
