Anna was born about 1805 in Casentino, the daughter of Francesco Spagnoli but her mother is unknown.

She died on 10 AUG 1877 in Tusillo, L'Aquila, Italy.

Her husband was Giuseppe Lisi, who she married in ABT 1830. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Domenico (c1833-?), Giuseppa (c1833-?), Anna Lucrezia (c1839-1896), Corangelico (1841-1879) and Maria Onesta (1844-1903).
