Giacinto was born about 1807 in Campana, the son of Giuseppe Seri and Nunzia Melonio.
His wife was Gemma DeFranciscis, who he married in 2 AUG 1840 in Campana. Their two known children were Luisa (1841-?) and Giuseppe (1843-?).
