Domenico was born on 12 OCT 1794 in Campana, the son of Ignazio Seri and Carmina Bologna.

He died on 26 MAR 1860 in Villa Sant'angelo.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Domenica Seri. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.

His second wife was Domenica Catignani, who he married on 29 JUN 1828 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy. Their four known children were Vincenzo (1829-1829), Angelo Antonio (1831-?), Angela Maria (1833-?) and Pasqua (c1837-1841).
