Giacomo was born about 1832, the son of Gesualdo Santilli and Lucia DiClemente. The place is not known.
His wife was Loreta Cerini, who he married in ABT 1863. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Anna Lucia (1866-?), Vincenzo (1867-?), Lucia (1868-?) and Giuseppe (1871-?).
