Carmine was born about 1762 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Giacoma Palombizio, who he married in ABT 1786. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Maria Luigia (c1787-?), Maria Concezia (c1789-?), Domenico (c1795-?), Vincenza (c1795-?) and Vincenzo (c1797-?).
