Giacoma was born about 1766 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Carmine Santilli, who she married in ABT 1786. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Maria Luigia (c1787-?), Maria Concezia (c1789-?), Domenico (c1795-?), Vincenza (c1795-?) and Vincenzo (c1797-?).
