Felicia was born about 1772 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Crescenzo Margiotta, who she married in ABT 1793. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Rocco (c1794-?), Maria Crocifissa (c1798-?), Maria Nunzia (c1806-1812), Anna Domenica (c1807-1812), Maria Vincenza (c1810-1815) and Nunzio (1812-1823).
