Felix was born about 1872 in Vastogirardi, Campobasso, Italy, the son of Ferdinand Rotolo and Lucia Mazzocco.
His wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Giovanni John Pasquale (1891-1991).
