Domenico was born about 1820 in Montenerodomo, Chieti, Italy, the son of Filippo Rossi and Rosa Cermone.
His wife was Finadora Silverio, who he married in 20 NOV 1845. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Anna Antonia (1850-?), Maria Candelora (1852-?) and Filippo (c1860-?).
