Filippo was born on 7 MAR 1879 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Beniamino Sisto Rossetti and Francesca Fiorinda Rossetti.

He died on 26 JUN 1964 in Dearborn.^{[Note 2]}

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Fiorinda Martinelli, who he married in 1911. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Merceda (1908-1997) and Sisto (1912-1996).

His second wife was Elvira Renzi, who he married in 1921. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Nazarena (?-?).
