He died in Clarksboro. The date is not known.

Stokely Arrowood died as a result of a car accident in New Jersey.
It isbelieved that the accident occurred on Clarksboro Road, just
outside of Paulsboro, New Jersey. This has not been varified.
Although he was married, I do not know his wife's name. They had
four children and expecting a fifth
child. Stokely was twenty-eight years old when he died.
