Santo was born in 1868 in Vasto, the son of Luigi Ragni and Angela D'Angela.
He died in 1945. The place is not known.
His wife was Rosaria Constantino, who he married in ABT 1885 in Vasto. Their eleven known children were Chiara (1890-1980), Louis (1895-1974), Conchetta (1896-1966), Nicholas (1899-1984), Joseph (1901-1999), Albert (1903-<2002), Ermelinda (1903-1966), Irma (1905-1948), Michael (1906-1907), Mary (1912-<2002) and Adele (c1915-).
