Maddalena was born about 1757 in Collarmele, the daughter of Michele Aquila and Guistina Tagliola.

Her husband was Giuseppe Cipriani, who she married in ABT 1778. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Maria Palma (c1780-1837), Maria Caterina (c1787-?) and Domenico Antonio (c1794-1862).
