Vincenzo was born about 1779 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Giuseppa Lucente, who he married in ABT 1807. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Lodovico Raffaele (1811-?), Angelo Raffaele (1813-1813), Angelo Raffaele (1815-1815), Rosa Antonia (1816-1819) and Raffaele (1819-?).
