Maria was born about 1780 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Vincenzo Puglielli, who she married in ABT 1807. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Lodovico Raffaele (1811-?), Angelo Raffaele (1813-1813), Angelo Raffaele (1815-1815), Rosa Antonia (1816-1819) and Raffaele (1819-?).
