Prassede was born about 1774, the daughter of Nunzio Presutti and Anna Antonia Pizzoferrato. The place is not known.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Pietro d'Ascanio. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Domenico Antonio (c1798-?).

Her second husband was Michele Scarpone, who she married on 21 JAN 1819 in Roccacasale, L'Aquila, Italy. They had no known children.
