Giovanni was born about 1786 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Leonardo Presutti and Palma Rosa DeDominicis.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Rosa DiBenedetto, who he married in ABT 1810. The place has not been found. Their eight known children were Angelo Raffaele (1811-?), Maria Donata (1814-1818), Palma Rosa (1817-1818), Leonardo (1820-1820), Maria Giuseppe (1820-1820), Pelino (1821-1822), Palma Rosa (1823-1828) and Palma Rosa (c1825-?).
His second wife was Maria Liberata DiSilvestri, who he married in 20 FEB 1828 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Their two known children were Rosa (1829-?) and Leonardo (1831-1833).
