Maria was born about 1774 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Carmine DiCristofaro, who she married in ABT 1794. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Angela Dea (c1795-?), Emidio Rocco Antonio (1811-1819), Domenico Antonio (1813-1819) and Filippo (1815-1816).
